Coconut puddings on Doricrem base

Difficulty: easy

Preparation time: 20 minutes

400 ml of coconut milk
100 ml of milk
200 ml of water
90 gr of sugar
12 gr of agar-agar (in herbal shops)
Fruits of the Wood Doricrem - 2 packets


Pour the coconut milk, milk and water in a pan, add the agar-agar and sugar. Mix well.

Put to boil, and simmer gently for 3 minutes, mixing. Pour in small pudding moulds (more or less the same size of Doricrem biscuit, you can even use ice-cube trays!), wait until they cool and become solid.

Now place the coconut puddings on each Fruit of the Woods Doricrem biscuit. You can also sprinkle crumbled biscuits on top. Serve the pastries from a serving tray, with a cup of tea or as a delicious dessert.
