Doria products are entirely made using best raw materials that are highly selected and strictly controlled, absolutely free from additives, artificial colouring and GMOs.

Flour
We choose a mix of Italian and foreign grain flours with excellent rising properties. |

Eggs
We use fresh and highly-selected eggs. |

Sugar
We use highly-selected sugar from sugar beet or sugar cane. |

Vegetable oils and fats
We do not use hydrogenated oils and fats, but refined oils and fats that are free from harmful fatty acids. |

Aromas
We use high quality vanillin that gives our products the classic and enticing aroma of vanilla.
Glucose-fructose syrup
We use a purified and concentrated liquid preparation, easy to digest and made with natural and simple sugar.
Yeast
We only use fresh yeast, the same used at home for making bread or pizza.

Rising agents
We choose the same rising agents that are used at home for making dough rise when baking home-made cakes.
Soya lecithin
We use this product of natural vegetable origin for emulsifying ingredients such as water and oil, and to stop ingredients turning rancid.
Low-fat cocoa
We choose cocoa with only 12% fat content. Normal cocoa, instead, has 24% fat content.
Chocolate
We only use chocolate that contains cocoa butter without other vegetable fats.
Malt extract
we use this natural syrup made from malted and caramelised barley.
